Mission Statement
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to develop into a healthy, contributing citizen. We engage the community and provide a leading voice to improve the accessibility, affordability and quality of child care.
The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Network is a trusted and knowledgeable resource for families, early care providers, and community leaders that helps connect them to early care and education services, support and information.
No matter your family’s need, you may be eligible to receive financial support from the state or from your child care provider. The Building Blocks team can help you navigate eligibility requirements for local and state assistance.
Early care and education programs play a critical role for families and communities. We work to ensure that early education professionals have access to the resources they need to provide the highest quality of care to children.
Each Indiana community is unique in its needs and opportunities. We engage the community and provide a leading voice to improve the accessibility, affordability and quality of early care and education by using data and local regional child care trends to identify gaps and solutions.
The RTC program is a team devoted to improving best practice and raising the quality of early learning. The primary purpose of the RTC model is to improve child outcomes by increasing the capacity of early learning sites to provide high-quality early childhood education to children and families.
